Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant, based in Hubli. The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support, including managing schedules, maintaining records, organizing meetings, and handling day-to-day correspondence. Additional tasks may include coordinating between departments, ensuring system efficiency, answering incoming calls, managing inquiries, and supporting executive-level staff with administrative needs.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to handle scheduling, task coordination, and record maintenance efficiently.
- Strong Executive Administrative Assistance with skills in multitasking, handling confidential information, and supporting leadership.
- Effective Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to engage professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in office software tools (e.g., MS Office Suite) and aptitude for learning new systems and processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education is desirable.
