Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Admin Manager to oversee complete administrative operations across multiple canteen and hospitality sites. The role includes facility management, vendor handling, compliance, utilities, transport, accommodation management, and overall administrative control.
Key Responsibilities:
. Arrange & manage Staff Accommodation Facility, Office & Kitchen Premises.
Handle Electricity Bill Collection & Timely Payments for all premises.
Manage Registration & Renewal of Multiple Licenses as required.
Arrange Stationery, Machinery, Utensils & Equipment as per operational needs.
Oversee Transport Facility Management, vendor coordination & payments.
Manage Mobile, Internet & CCTV arrangements, maintenance & bill payments.
Supervise Printing Works, Stationery & Office Equipment Procurement.
Handle Vendor Management, bill verification & timely payments.
Arrange and monitor AMC Contracts, Water Bills & Other Utility Payments.
Coordinate with vendors and government authorities for multiple locations.
Ensure cost control and smooth administrative operations.
