Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Navi Mumbai. The Administrative Assistant will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, provide support to executives, coordinate meetings and appointments, and maintain organized records. Other responsibilities include ensuring efficient office operations, handling phone calls professionally, and assisting with clerical tasks such as data entry and correspondence.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and professional communication abilities
- Competence in Clerical Skills, including organizing documents and data entry
- Strong written and verbal Communication skills
- Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, is a plus
- Attention to detail and excellent time management abilities
- Up to 2 years of relevant professional experience
- High school diploma required; additional certifications in office administration are an advantage
