Role Description
The Administration Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram. The role involves overseeing and enhancing administrative operations to ensure organizational efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing facilities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, optimizing resources, ensuring adherence to compliance and regulations, managing support staff, and implementing cost-saving strategies. The role requires strong leadership in managing cross-functional teams, handling vendor relations, and ensuring an optimal work environment for employees.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative operations, facilities management, and resource planning.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in vendor management, documentation, and compliance procedures.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Sound knowledge of corporate policies, safety regulations, and cost management practices.
- Proficiency in tools and software related to administration and logistics management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience in the automotive industry or a similar manufacturing setup is a plus.
