Role Description
The Administration Intern will assist with key administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include managing schedules, organizing documents, maintaining records, coordinating meetings, and supporting staff with administrative duties. The intern will develop skills in communication, document preparation, and working with office systems. This is a full-time, on-site role, based in Madurai.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and basic office system operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and filing
- Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and support dynamic administrative tasks
- Pursuing or possessing a degree in Business Administration or related field
- Previous internship or experience in administrative support is a plus
