Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Follow-Ups
Ensure clients attend scheduled Zoom sessions through timely reminders and follow-ups. Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, emails, and calls to confirm attendance. Address client queries and assist them in accessing scheduled sessions.
- Live Session Coordination & Support
Set up Zoom links and manage breakout rooms during live sessions. Monitor and ensure smooth execution of online workshops and training sessions. Track attendance, maintain engagement reports, and update internal databases.
- Backend Operations & Documentation
Maintain attendance and engagement tracking systems. Support administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and coordination. Collaborate with different teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Process Improvement & Communication
Identify and implement strategies to improve client engagement and attendance. Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for seamless workflow execution. Provide feedback on client concerns and recommend process improvements.
