Key Responsibilities
- Ensure clients attend scheduled Zoom sessions by sending reminders and follow-ups
- Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, emails, and calls to confirm attendance
- Address queries and assist clients in accessing scheduled sessions
- Set up Zoom links, manage breakout rooms, and monitor live sessions
- Ensure smooth execution of online workshops and training sessions
- Track attendance, maintain client engagement reports, and update internal databases
- Maintain an attendance and engagement tracking system
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and coordination
- Work with different teams to enhance the efficiency of client interactions
- Identify and implement strategies to improve client engagement and attendance
- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for seamless workflow execution
- Provide feedback on client concerns and recommend process improvements
