Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth operations
- Manage facilities, vendors, housekeeping, security, and maintenance services
- Handle office supplies, assets, and inventory management
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and event arrangements
- Maintain office records, documentation, and filing systems
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors/government authorities
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Support basic HR coordination (onboarding logistics, employee records, etc.)
Requirements:
- Experience in core administration and facility management
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage vendors and multiple stakeholders efficiently
