As an Administration Associate at Milagro Universe, you will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office documents, files, and records using MS-Office software.
- Prepare and update spreadsheets and reports using MS-Excel to track expenses, budgets, and other financial data.
- Create professional presentations and documents using MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word for internal and external communications.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Provide general administrative support such as answering phones, responding to emails, and handling office correspondence.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure efficient communication and coordination of tasks.
