Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administration Assistant located in Phagwara. The Administration Assistant will perform essential administrative tasks, including but not limited to organizing and maintaining files, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, assisting executives, and overseeing day-to-day clerical operations. The role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who will support the team in ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for organizing files, data entry, and maintaining records
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including managing schedules and supporting senior staff
- Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette abilities to ensure professional interactions with clients and team members
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently and attention to detail in daily operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant administrative tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field, preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
