Role Description
The Admin Transport role is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurgaon. The Admin Transport professional will oversee day-to-day management of transportation services, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies. Responsibilities include coordinating transportation schedules, resolving any logistical issues, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proven Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
- Strong Analytical and Finance skills to manage transportation costs, budgets, and optimize resource allocation
- Experience in Administrative Assistance with tasks such as scheduling, managing logistics, and maintaining documentation
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for transportation management and reporting
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving transport-related issues
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is a plus
- Previous experience in transportation or logistics management is advantageous
