Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin & Store Manager for Mivik store located at Siruseri Chennai.
The Admin & Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient store management, maintain customer satisfaction, and balance inventory and operational needs. Key responsibilities include managing retail activities, implementing loss prevention strategies, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless workflow. Adminstration and daily accounts.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with customers and teams effectively
- Ability to manage and maintain inventory, manage daily accounts.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Computer knowledge, and adaptable software knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree and minimum 1 year of experience in Admin realted job.
