Key Responsibilities:- Manage and organize office schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Prepare, draft, and edit correspondence, reports, and documents
- Maintain filing systems (both physical and digital)
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Assist in travel arrangements and event coordination
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Support senior management with administrative tasks
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an Admin Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
