Role: Admin/Runner (Inter-Office Support) – Gurugram
Summary:
Responsible for handling physical coordination between offices, ensuring timely movement of documents, materials, and basic administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport documents, parcels, and essentials between office locations
- Handle bank visits, courier coordination, and local errands
- Support admin tasks like filing, printing, and office setup
- Ensure timely pickups/deliveries with proper tracking
- Assist teams with on-ground operational needs
Requirements:
- Must be based in Gurugram
- Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler (fuel costs reimbursed)
- Familiarity with local routes and travel within the city
- Basic communication and coordination skills
- Reliable, punctual, and physically active
- Prior experience in similar role preferred
