Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Admin Role in Employee Transportation based in Noida. The role involves managing day-to-day administrative activities related to employee commute operations, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. The administrator will handle transport scheduling support, track fleet usage and attendance, assist in route planning, and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance requirements. The role includes managing documentation for invoices and payments, assisting the finance team with transport-related data, and ensuring timely resolution of billing discrepancies. The administrator will also respond to employee queries, support service-level monitoring, escalate operational issues when needed, and contribute to continuous improvement of transportation processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Processes skills, including documentation, data entry, reporting, and coordination.
- Effective Communication abilities for interacting with employees, vendors, and internal teams, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience with Invoicing and basic Finance support, such as verifying bills, tracking payments, and reconciling transport-related expenses.
- Customer Service orientation to handle employee queries, resolve commute-related issues, and maintain a professional, solution-focused approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort working with transport or ERP systems.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in employee transportation or operations administration is must
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, commerce, or a related field.
