Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Admin role in Employee Transportation, based in Chennai. The selected candidate will oversee administrative processes, coordinate with fleet operators and service providers, and maintain accurate records and invoices. Responsibilities include supporting financial operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day transportation services, and providing exceptional customer service while addressing queries related to employee commutes. The role involves working closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Processes, including record-keeping and task coordination
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively across teams and stakeholders
- Experience in Invoicing and basic understanding of Finance for accurate documentation and reporting
- Customer Service skills to handle queries and provide resolutions in a professional manner
- Detail-oriented and well-organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Familiarity with employee transportation and logistics management will be an advantage
- Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., MS Office, transportation systems) is preferred
