About the Role:
URVA Consulting is hiring on behalf of a client based in Cameroon (Africa).
We are looking for an Admin & Procurement Officer who can manage administrative operations along with procurement activities in an international work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative operations
- Manage procurement of materials, vendor coordination, and negotiations
- Maintain records of purchases, invoices, and documentation
- Coordinate with local vendors and suppliers
- Ensure timely availability of materials and services
- Support logistics and supply chain activities
- Maintain compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Assist management in operational and administrative tasks
Candidate Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in Administration and Procurement
- Mandatory: Ability to speak and communicate in French
- Preferred: Experience working in French-speaking countries (Africa or other regions)
- Strong coordination and vendor management skills
- Basic knowledge of documentation, purchasing processes, and reporting
- Ability to work independently in a remote/international setup
- Indian candidate willing to relocate to Cameroon is mandatory
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 (Net Indian Salary)
- local allowance provided in Cameroon
- Accommodation and other support as per company policy
- Travel and relocation support
