Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admin & Operations Executive based in Bengaluru. The Admin & Operations Executive will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinate operations, and ensure seamless support for the team. Responsibilities include executive administrative assistance, general office administration, scheduling, managing communication, and working closely with the team to maintain smooth and efficient workflows.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and General Administrative tasks
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Prior experience in Administrative Assistance, ideally in a real estate or professional office environment
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in office software, such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email applications
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Familiarity with real estate operations is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional certification in business, administration, or a related field is preferred
We’re looking for someone who can bring structure, ownership, and discipline into daily operations.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in Administration / Operations
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage vendors, documentation, and internal workflows
- Prior experience in real estate or similar industries is a plus
