Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin Operation professional at Milky Mist Dairy's Perundurai location. The role involves managing administrative responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily operations, providing customer service support, and assisting in financial and analytical activities. The position entails close collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow, streamline processes, and uphold organizational standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries and coordinate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving, decision-making, and generating actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance to ensure efficient office operations and timely task execution.
  • Knowledge of Finance-related tasks, such as budget tracking, reporting, or basic accounting practices, to support operational objectives.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in common office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
