Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Management
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Direct visitors to appropriate departments or personnel
Administrative Support
- Maintain office registers (visitor log, courier, dispatch, etc.)
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and arrangements
- Assist in travel arrangements and accommodation bookings
- Support HR/Admin team in daily activities
Communication & Coordination
- Act as a communication link between departments
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and housekeeping staff
- Ensure proper handling of incoming and outgoing couriers
Office Maintenance
- Ensure reception area is clean, organized, and presentable
- Monitor office supplies and raise requisitions when required
- Support facility management activities
Compliance & Security
- Ensure adherence to company policies and security protocols
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in front office or administrative roles
- Freshers with good communication skills can also be considered
