About the role
We are looking for a seasoned Administration Manager with deep-rooted experience in the manufacturing sector to lead and oversee our facility's administrative functions in Jaipur. This is a senior, hands-on role — not a coordination or support position. You will own vendor relationships, facility compliance, and the entire housekeeping ecosystem.
⚠ Minimum 6 years of core administrative experience is mandatory. Applications with lesser experience will not be considered.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end vendor management — onboarding, SLA tracking, performance reviews, and cost negotiations
- Lead and manage housekeeping operations across the facility, maintaining premium workplace standards at all times
- Serve as the primary admin facilitator — ensuring uninterrupted day-to-day office and plant functioning
- Oversee facility operations, statutory compliance, safety audits, and AMC management
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Operations) to elevate the overall employee experience
- Maintain and report on admin budgets, contracts, and escalations
What we're looking for
- 6–12 years of experience in administration — preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or large-scale facility environments
- Demonstrated experience managing vendors, facility audits, and housekeeping teams
- Strong command over admin processes — AMC, compliance, procurement, and space management
- Based in Jaipur or willing to work exclusively on-site in Jaipur (no relocation support available)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Compensation
Up to 10 LPA per annum (CTC), based on experience and last drawn salary.
