Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Admin Manager with 7+ years of expertise in residential project administration. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational capabilities, regulatory knowledge, and hands-on experience managing administrative operations across multiple construction sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative functions across multiple project sites
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors for seamless operations
- Oversee labour management, including attendance, accommodation, and welfare compliance
- Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements (labour laws, site compliance, licenses, etc.)
- Handle vendor coordination, onboarding, documentation, and performance monitoring
- Supervise site administration teams and ensure efficient workflow across projects
- Manage facility administration, including site offices, utilities, housekeeping, and security
- Maintain records of contracts, agreements, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with HR for manpower planning and deployment at project sites
- Monitor and control administrative budgets and expenses
- Ensure smooth communication between Head Office and project sites
- Handle grievance management and resolve site-level administrative issues
- Support project teams in audits, inspections, and statutory approvals
- Implement process improvements for efficient site administration
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field:
- 7+ years of experience in construction / real estate administration
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance requirements
- Proven experience in handling multiple project sites
- Excellent coordination and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
