Role Overview We are looking for a Admin to oversee office operations, ensure seamless and deliver an exceptional guest experience. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a vital role in shaping a professional and welcoming environment. Additionally, you will manage vendor relationships, administrative tasks, housekeeping staff, and travel ticket management while utilizing strong negotiation skills to optimize costs and improve service quality.
Key Responsibilities :
● Office Administration: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency, organization, and seamless coordination between departments.
● Vendor & Facility Management: Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring timely procurement of office supplies, maintenance services, and other essential resources. Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure the best deals without compromising quality.
● Travel Ticket Management: Handle domestic and international travel bookings, including flights, trains, cabs, and accommodation for employees, ensuring cost-effective and smooth travel arrangements.
● Admin & Housekeeping Staff Supervision: Oversee housekeeping and administrative teams to maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
● Public Relations & Brand Representation: Serve as a key representative of the organization, maintaining a polished and professional demeanor in all interactions.
● Event & Meeting Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing internal meetings, training sessions, and company events to ensure a seamless experience for all attendees.
● Cost Optimization & Negotiation: Identify cost-saving opportunities, negotiate better terms with vendors, and ensure financial efficiency in operational expenses. What We’re Looking For
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong background in administration, vendor coordination, travel booking, and negotiation.
● Experience in travel ticket management and coordinating travel logistics.
● Proven ability to negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements effectively.
● Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure environments with composure and efficiency.
● Experience in guest relations, hospitality, or PR is a plus.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management software.
