We are seeking an experienced and responsible Administrative Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning.
Candidates with experience in educational institutions or college administration will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative activities
- Supervise and support the administrative team
- Coordinate with internal departments for operational needs
- Handle office facilities, vendors, and maintenance
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation
- Organize meetings and support management operations
- Monitor administrative expenses and office requirements
- Travel within Kochi when required for official coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of administrative experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience in educational institutions preferred
