Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin Manager based in Nagpur. The Admin Manager will oversee and coordinate administrative procedures, manage office operations to ensure efficiency, supervise and guide administrative staff, and maintain budgets and office supplies. Responsibilities also include liaising with departmental teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, addressing day-to-day operational challenges, and providing timely solutions to support optimal workplace productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Administration Management, Office Coordination, and People Management
- Strong skills in Time Management, Organization, and Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with office equipment and tools
- Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Problem-Solving skills
- Ability to oversee budgets, manage resources efficiently, and maintain financial documentation
- Exceptional Attention to Detail and an ability to ensure compliance with company policies and governmental regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in administrative roles or office management will be considered advantageous
