Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Admin Manager based in Mumbai. The Admin Manager will oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, and ensure the efficient functioning of support services. Responsibilities include managing office supplies, coordinating maintenance activities, supervising support staff, and implementing organizational policies. Additionally, the role involves vendor management, maintaining office budgets, and creating an organized workplace environment that supports business operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in administrative functions, including scheduling, record-keeping, and reports preparation
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in vendor management and office supply coordination
- Ability to implement and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team and staff supervision
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with MS Office and other productivity tools
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in administrative roles, preferably in financial services, is a plus
