Job Summary:
The Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth functioning of office activities, maintaining facilities, and supporting organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Handle facility management including maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor coordination
Manage office supplies, assets, and inventory
Supervise administrative staff (receptionist, office boys, housekeeping, etc.)
Coordinate with vendors for services like AMC, security, transport, etc.
Ensure office compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Handle travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics for employees
Maintain records of office expenses and prepare reports
Support HR in employee engagement activities and events
Monitor office budgets and control administrative costs
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or related field
3–7 years of experience in administration or facility management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and vendor management skills
Proficiency in MS Office
