Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Admin/Maintenance/Electrical position based on-site in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing administrative tasks, ensuring proper maintenance of equipment and facilities, and addressing electrical matters. The professional will support teams, oversee day-to-day operations, and contribute towards a well-organized and efficient workplace. Collaborating with other departments and resolving technical and operational issues are integral responsibilities.

Qualifications

 ITI Electrician/ Diploma in Electrical.

Skills Required:

• Water system monitoring including raw water and RO water in the facility
• Electricity, Diesel generator and UPS System maintenance and monitoring
• Air Conditioning System maintenance and monitoring
• Gas utility system maintenance and monitoring
• External liaisoning
• Fire system maintenance and monitoring including Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Detector, Fire alarm with manual call point and Fire hose
• Maintenance of Pesticide activity
• Housekeeping, Transportation monitoring
• Building/Premises/Security monitoring
• Coordination with Society estate manager for escalator and building maintenance
• Perform any other assigned activity by department head
• Coordination with Admin related vendor
