Job Title: Admin/Front Office Executive
Location: AccioJob Skill Centre, 4th Floor, Plot Nos. 60, 61, and 62, 2nd Link Rd, Judges Colony, Nehru Nagar, Kottivakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600041.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Front Office Executive to manage walk-ins, assist candidates visiting the skill centre, and support day-to-day administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist walk-in candidates and students visiting the centre.
- Understand the purpose of their visit and guide them accordingly.
- Coordinate with candidates attending job drives and assist them with the process.
- Arrange one-on-one meetings between candidates and career counselors when required.
- Maintain awareness of ongoing student batches and course completion status.
- Keep track of walk-in data and basic records using computer tools.
- Ensure the front office and centre are well-maintained.
- Maintain brochures and informational materials for visitors.
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor's Degree
- Tamil speaking is mandatory; basic English required
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, email)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and responsible
Preferred:
- Prior experience in front office, administration, or training institutes is an added advantage.
