Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin & Front Desk Executive located in Ahmedabad. The responsibilities include attending to reception desk duties, handling phone calls with professionalism, addressing customer queries, and coordinating with various teams. The executive will also manage administrative tasks, maintain records, schedule appointments, and ensure a welcoming front desk environment.
Qualifications
- Possess strong Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and visitors.
- Exhibit excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle inquiries professionally and convey information clearly.
- Capable of managing Receptionist Duties and providing superior Customer Service at the front desk.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage records efficiently.
- Experience in administrative roles or similar positions is advantageous.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office is a plus.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certification in administration or related fields is preferred.
