Job Summary:
Responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations and facility management of office and warehouse premises, ensuring smooth functioning, safety, and compliance.

- Administrative Management
- Oversee office administrative operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and procurement of admin materials.
- Handle petty cash, utility bills, and expense tracking.
- Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Support housekeeping attendance, onboarding logistics for warehouse and office.
- Ensure maintenance of office and warehouse infrastructure.
- Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, pest control, repairs, and AMC services.
- Monitor utilities (electricity, water, internet, generator, etc.).
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.
- Conduct regular facility inspections.
- Coordinate with vendors for warehouse documentation and stock records.
- Maintain gate entry records and visitor logs.
- Support dispatch and inward/outward documentation process.
- Ensure compliance with safety and storage standards.
- Manage contracts and renewals of service providers.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to facility (fire safety, building maintenance, etc.).
- Coordinate audits related to admin and facility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration / Management / Commerce or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in admin & facility management (office + warehouse preferred).
- Candidates should be based from Mumbai.
- Candidates should be available to join with 30 days.
