Location - Ghatkopar west, Mumbai
Working days- 6 days
Work time - 6am - 4pm
Work setup - Work from home
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a bridge between the sales team and coaches to align and schedule demo sessions.
- Ensure timely coordination and communication with all stakeholders to avoid scheduling conflicts.
- Maintain and update scheduling systems, tracking demo status and feedback.
- Support the sales team by ensuring that all operational aspects of demo sessions are handled efficiently.
- Address any last-minute changes or cancellations and promptly inform relevant parties.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the scheduling process and improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate reports and documentation of scheduled demos and their outcomes.
- Assist in process improvements to enhance overall team productivity and customer experience.
Requirements:
- A graduate degree is a must.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Should know Microsoft Excel.
