We are looking for an Admin Executive who will manage daily administrative activities, office coordination, and support overall workplace operations.
This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administrative activities
- Handle office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
- Maintain office cleanliness, pantry, and facility management
- Coordinate with service providers (housekeeping, internet, maintenance, etc.)
- Support employee onboarding logistics (ID cards, seating, access, etc.)
- Manage travel bookings, accommodation, and office events
- Maintain records, documents, and administrative files
- Handle courier, dispatch, and incoming/outgoing shipments
- Assist HR and accounts team with basic administrative support
- Ensure smooth functioning of office operations at all times
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 0.6 - 1 year of experience in administrative or office operations role
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Organized and detail-oriented approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
