We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Admin Executive to manage daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth coordination across teams. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Management
- Handle day-to-day back-office operations and documentation
- Maintain records and trackers using Excel/Google Sheets
- Manage data entry and internal reports
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
- Track tasks and ensure timely follow-ups
- Communicate updates with relevant stakeholders
Data & Process Handling
- Create and maintain activity trackers
- Monitor task progress and ensure timely completion
- Support process improvements
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets (mandatory)
- Good knowledge of computers and digital tools
- Strong communication and coordination skills with ability to multitask and work under pressure
