Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations in a financial services company. The candidate will ensure smooth office functioning, coordinate with internal teams, maintain records, and support management with administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily office administration and operational activities
- Maintain office records, files, and confidential documents
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference schedules
- Manage office supplies, Handle courier, vendor coordination, and facility management
- Support other departments with administrative requirements
- Prepare reports, MIS data, and maintain documentation
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client visitors professionally
- Ensure office discipline and proper maintenance of workplace
Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Attention to detail and time management skills
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2–4 years of experience in Administration or Office Management
