Role Description
This is a full-time role based in Ahmedabad for an Admin Executive. We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive who can handle day-to-day administrative tasks along with basic Tally data entry support.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain vouchers
- Perform basic Tally entries
- Maintain documentation and office records
- Handle basic email correspondence
- Assist in routine administrative tasks
- Support accounts team with basic data entries
Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma holder (Commerce background preferred)
- Basic working knowledge of Tally
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Responsible and disciplined work attitude
