Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru Regional Office for an Admin Executive.
. Handling Petty Cash Expenses.
· Providing approval as per delegation matrix for branch expenditures.
· Handling Housekeeping, Office boys, Securities and pantry team.
· Supporting travel assistance to the employees.
· Supporting hotel stay assistance to the travelers.
· Responsible for process Regional and Branch office vendor payments.
· Taking care of sourcing new branch office spaces and negotiation with Landlords and rental agreement execution.
· Sourcing multiple vendors and execute rate contracts.
· Handling parcels and courier.
· Responsible for branch closure and smooth branch shifting transmission.
· Visiting branches and inspecting and updating / giving suggestions to the branches in terms of upgrade as per company policy.
· Handling internal office softwares
Qualifications
Bachelor’s master's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
Experience
2-5 Years as an Admin Assistant or Admin Executive.
