Record day-to-day financial transactions.
Help prepare GST returns
Support audits by gathering necessary documentation.
Track expenses and prepare expense reports.
Prepare and send invoices to clients or customers.
Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare a proposal for pitching projects.
Organize and maintain financial documents for easy access.
Handling office supplies, inventory, and ordering when necessary
Managing physical and digital filing systems
Assisting with recruitment processes (posting job ads, scheduling interviews)
Onboarding and offboarding employees (documentation, orientation)
Tracking employee attendance, leave, and performance review dates
Coordinating team events, celebrations, or wellness programs
Managing travel arrangements and accommodations for staff
