Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized
Admin & Event Manager to support our UK operations. The ideal candidate should have a background in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Business Management and possess excellent communication skills.
This role involves administrative coordination, event planning, and regular interaction with international (UK) stakeholders. Candidates who are enthusiastic about working with global clients and learning in a dynamic environment are encouraged to apply. Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative operations and office coordination
- Plan and execute internal and client-facing events
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and international calls (UK clients)
- Handle vendor coordination and event logistics
- Support UK stakeholders with documentation and communication
- Maintain reports, records, and event budgets
- Ensure smooth execution of virtual and on-site events
- Act as a communication bridge between teams and international clients
Requirements
- Background in Hospitality / Hotel Management / Business Management preferred
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities
- Presentable and professional personality
- Interest in working with international (UK) clients
- Ability to multitask and handle deadlines efficiently
