Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admin cum Receptionist based in Kolkata. The role involves greeting and assisting visitors, handling incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, and managing receptionist duties. The position also includes clerical responsibilities such as maintaining records, managing schedules, and coordinating administrative tasks. Maintaining exceptional customer service and clear communication is crucial for delivering a positive experience for both external visitors and internal staff.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and proficiency in Receptionist Duties
- Experience with Clerical Skills, such as scheduling, record-keeping, and administrative tasks
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to provide outstanding Customer Service in a professional setting
- Proficiency in basic computer software and office tools
- Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in reception or administrative roles is a plus
