Job Title: Admin & Reception Executive

Salary :- upto 35k

Role Overview:

The Admin & Reception Executive will manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning. This role involves handling visitors, coordinating office services, managing bills, travel arrangements, and procurement from online and local vendors.


Key Responsibilities:

Reception & Front Desk Management

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls and maintain phone etiquette
  • Manage visitor logs and coordinate meetings

Administrative & Office Management

  • Manage and track Wi-Fi, telephone, and other utility bills
  • Coordinate with service providers for renewals, payments, and issue resolution
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation

Housekeeping & Facility Coordination

  • Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and facility-related requirements
  • Ensure availability of pantry and office supplies

Travel & Logistics

  • Arrange travel bookings including flights, trains, hotels, and local transportation
  • Coordinate itineraries and support employees with travel-related needs

Procurement & Ordering

  • Place and track orders from Blinkit and other online/offline vendors
  • Ensure timely procurement of office supplies, groceries, and essentials
  • Maintain vendor relationships and verify invoices

General Support

  • Assist HR and management with administrative tasks as required
  • Support smooth internal coordination across departments
