Job Opening: Jr. Accounts cum Admin
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Founding Partner in managing day-to-day operations, client coordination, accounting activities, and executive responsibilities. This role requires someone who can take ownership, make smart decisions, manage multiple priorities efficiently, and act as a reliable support system for business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage meeting scheduling, calendars, and executive coordination
• Handle client communication and relationship management
• Coordinate accounting-related activities
• Manage GST, TDS, banking, and vendor payment processes
• Assist with salary processing and operational documentation
• Prepare proposals, reports, and business-related documents
• Coordinate internal operations and administrative activities
• Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely execution
• Support the Founding Partner in daily decision-making and operational management
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Smart decision-maker with a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Good knowledge of accounting and financial coordination
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books/accounting software preferred
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
Experience:
• 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred
Qualification:
• Commerce/accounting background preferred
• Qualifications do matter; however, strong accounting knowledge is mandatory
