Role Description
- Manage daily administrative activities, scheduling, and correspondence
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
- Handle visa processing and documentation
- Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and ensure follow-ups
- Coordinate with departments for task completion
- Manage office supplies and vendor relationships
- Support invoice processing and basic budget tracking
- Organize meetings, events, and training sessions
- Maintain records of company assets
- Ensure completion of all documentation and filings
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with office management software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
