Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Admin Coordinator role based in Bengaluru, India. The Admin Coordinator will oversee daily administrative tasks, manage communication, organize schedules, and support various team operations. The role includes responsibilities such as maintaining records, assisting in financial management, and providing customer service support to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and resolve inquiries professionally
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Organization skills to manage records, schedules, and logistics efficiently
  • Basic knowledge or experience in Finance to assist with budgeting and financial reporting
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is an advantage
  • Experience in a coordinator or administrative role is preferred
