We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin / Back Office Executive to support daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office management.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administrative operations
- Maintain records, files, and documentation in an organized manner
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and services
- Monitor office inventory and ensure timely replenishment
- Handle courier services, dispatches, and internal/external communications
- Ensure office cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards are maintained
- Manage guest arrivals and provide smooth coordination during visits
- Arrange meeting rooms, refreshments, and required meeting support
- Assist management with daily operational and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or back-office role is preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented mindset
