Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admin and Safety Officer located in Wai. The Admin and Safety Officer will oversee daily administrative functions, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and security standards. Responsibilities include conducting safety training sessions, investigating workplace accidents, and assisting Director (Operations).
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Health & Safety and Occupational Health practices
- Willingness to assist and learn under the mentorship of Director (Operations)
- Knowledge of Security protocols and procedures
- Ability to conduct Safety Training and promote a culture of workplace safety
- Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory compliance and standards
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in manufacturing, food processing, or related industries is a plus
