We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & Operations Executive to manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities. This role requires strong coordination skills, ownership mindset, and the ability to ensure smooth functioning across teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end administrative and operational activities
- Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable, vendor invoices, and payment processing
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office and internal processes
- Handle vendor management, negotiations, billing, and service coordination
- Manage office infrastructure, supplies, and facility-related requirements
- Track and improve operational processes for better efficiency and cost control
- Follow up with customers on overdue invoice payments.
- Initiate vendor bill payments through the bank.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all accounting tasks.
- Taking Ownership of and handling all accounts-related activities.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and operational reports
- Manage travel bookings, reimbursements, and general admin support
- Follow up on tasks across teams and ensure timely closure
- Identify gaps in operations and proactively implement solutions
- Act as a single point of contact for all admin and operations-related matters
