We are seeking an experienced
HR Executive with a strong background in
recruitment and CV marketing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing candidates, marketing CVs to clients/employers, and managing end-to-end recruitment activities.
Eligibility
- Education: Any Degree / MBA (HR preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in recruitment and CV marketing
- Location: Must be willing to work from office (Madhapur / KPHB)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with clients/employers
- Perform CV marketing to relevant recruiters, consultants, and employers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Follow up with candidates and clients on interview status and offers
- Coordinate documentation and joining formalities
- Achieve recruitment and CV marketing targets on a monthly basis
Required Skills
- Proven experience in recruitment and CV marketing
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals
- Good understanding of IT / Non-IT recruitment processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and basic reporting
Preferred Skills
- Experience in consultancy or staffing firm
- Knowledge of international recruitment or overseas job markets (UK / Europe preferred)
