WE ARE HIRING – ADMIN & EXHIBITION OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and responsible professional to manage exhibition operations and coordinate a dedicated team for a reputed and legacy jewellery group in Tamil Nadu.
📌 Position: Admin & Exhibition Operations Coordinator
🏢 Industry: Jewellery & Retail
📍 Location: Tamil Nadu
✈️ Travel: Local and outstation travel required
💰 Salary: As per experience and company standards
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage end-to-end arrangements for 2–3 jewellery exhibitions per month.
✅ Coordinate with exhibition organizers and arrange showcases, shelves, tables, chairs, and other requirements.
✅ Lead and coordinate the exhibition team, including sales staff, cashiers, drivers, and helpers.
✅ Coordinate with the social media and marketing teams for exhibition activities.
✅ Manage stock movement, transportation, packing, dispatch, and return of materials.
✅ Coordinate GST-related documentation, including e-way bills and applicable transport documents.
✅ Oversee exhibition billing and payment coordination, including cash, UPI/Google Pay, card machines, and old-gold transactions.
✅ Arrange staff accommodation, transportation, meals, and other logistics for outstation exhibitions.
✅ Ensure proper stock reconciliation, payment records, expense tracking, and post-exhibition reporting.
🔹 Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in administration, retail operations, exhibition coordination, event management, or logistics preferred.
- Strong team-management and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing, inventory management, cash handling, and GST documentation.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel for local and outstation exhibitions.
