We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin & Accounts Manager to oversee daily administrative operations while managing financial processes efficiently. If you enjoy balancing numbers with operations and keeping things running smoothly, this role is for you.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance:
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking
• Handle accounts payable & receivable with timely processing
• Prepare monthly financial reports, MIS, and reconciliations
• Coordinate with auditors, CA, and tax consultants
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and statutory requirements
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and financial planning
Administration:
• Oversee office administration, facilities, and vendor coordination
• Manage procurement, inventory, and office supplies
• Handle travel, logistics, and event coordination
• Ensure smooth functioning of office operations and policies
• Maintain records, documentation, and contracts
Compliance & Coordination:
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations
• Liaise with banks, vendors, and service providers
• Support HR with payroll inputs and employee documentation
🔹 Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred)
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in accounts & administration
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles
• Proficiency in Tally/Zoho Books and MS Excel
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail

• Experience in an agency or service industry
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
